Your business shouldn't take everything you have left

You can be talented, booked, and making money while privately wondering how much longer you can keep doing all of this. Maybe your capacity changed because of burnout, perimenopause, ADHD or AuDHD, raising kids, caring for family, or just life being…a lot.

You don't need another course or a complete business overhaul. You need help seeing what is creating the most pressure β€” and what will make the biggest difference first. That's what we do in the Relief Audit.

Relief Audit Built around your capacity
The Relief Audit

A clear plan built around the capacity you actually have.

The Relief Audit is a private, one-hour call where we talk through your business and your real life. You don't have to prepare anything or know exactly what the problem is. We'll talk about what you offer, what you charge, how your schedule works, what's making money, what keeps falling through the cracks, and what you are simply tired of dealing with.

I record our call so you can talk freely while I listen. You don't need to take a single note.

Afterward, I review everything and create your written Relief Audit with three recommended moves, in the order I believe you should make them.

No generic framework. No pile of homework. No 47-module portal quietly judging you.

What we look at

We'll find what is making your business so heavy

Depending on what's happening, we may look at:

  • Your pricing, service menu, and most profitable services

  • Your schedule, booking process, and client boundaries

  • Work that could be simplified, automated, delegated, or stopped

  • What is making content and marketing take up so much brain space

  • Opportunities already sitting inside your business that you're too overwhelmed to see

Sometimes the answer is raising a price. Sometimes it's changing your calendar, tightening a boundary, simplifying an offer, or finally stopping something that no longer makes sense.

We're looking for the few changes that can create the most relief β€” without giving you another giant project to manage.

Who this is for

For the stylist whose business looks fine from the outside

Your clients see your talent and busy schedule. They don't see the messages piling up, the admin you're doing at night, the pricing decisions you keep avoiding, or how much energy it takes to be the stylist, business owner, content creator, customer-service department, and the person everyone needs at home.

Effort has never been your problem. Working harder just isn't fixing it anymore.

The Relief Audit is especially helpful if:

  • You know something needs to change but can't tell what to handle first
  • Your capacity or executive function has changed
  • Your business makes money but requires too much from you
  • You're tired of buying information and figuring out how to apply it alone
  • You want experienced eyes on your business without months of coaching
Meet your consultant

Hi, I'm Jennifer Kenny

Licensed hairstylist, beauty-business consultant, digital-product creator, and mom of three.

For more than eight years, I've helped beauty professionals make smarter decisions about pricing, services, marketing, systems, and what they want to build next.

I've also had to rebuild my own business around burnout, perimenopause, AuDHD, and the capacity I realistically have now. That changed how I help people.

If you're already exhausted, I'm not handing you forty more things to do. My job is to help you see your business clearly enough to know which few things actually matter.

And yes, "we all have the same 24 hours as BeyoncΓ©" still makes me want to dramatically pretend to vomit.

Here's how it works

Four steps. Zero homework.

1

You book

Choose your time and show up. There's no homework or complicated prep.

2

We spend a real hour together

You tell me what you charge, what's booked, what's stuck, and how tired you actually are. I'm getting to know the person running the business β€” not just looking at numbers.

3

I go to work

I review our conversation and connect what's happening with your money, time, energy, clients, offers, and capacity.

4

Your Relief Audit arrives

You'll receive three recommended moves in priority order β€” what I suggest changing, why it matters, and your next manageable step.

The plan belongs to you. There's no coaching-program pitch waiting at the end.

You have done enough guessing

If you're talented behind the chair but drowning behind the scenes, let's figure out what needs your attention β€” and what doesn't. You don't have to fix everything at once. You just need to know what to do first.
